    Montville

    Christofer Cruz-Morales, 25, of Hartford, was charged Friday in Montville with first-degree burglary, first-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

    Laquasha Hamm-Johnson, 26, of West Haven, was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice.

    New London

    Chad Smith, 32, of 12 Monroe St., Waterford, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vheicle, driving a motor vehicle without an endorsement and unsafe passing.  

    Norwich

    Michelle Clear, 28, of 35 Boswell Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving with an improper number of headlights.

    Eric K. Smith, 46, of 10 Reuven Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and driving with an improper number of headlights.

    Donald D. Barcomb II, 28, of Sterling, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Jason Gilliard, 25, of 61 Summit St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Taylor N. Kelly, 23, of 11 Boswell Ave. was charged Sunday with assault on a public safety officer, breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Stonington

    Christopher J. Valente, 46, of East Granby, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Russell J. Files, Jr. 20, of 62 Button Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with an improper number of headlights.

    Jacob D. Triplett, 33, of 107 Stillman Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

    William O. Rockwood, 69, of 16 Richmond Lane, Mystic, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    Eric J. Gervais, 41, of 435 High St., lot 2, Mystic, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
