    William Keller, 46, of Waterbury was charged Feb. 5 with fifth-degree larceny.

    Cassandra Kiro, 26, of Manchester, N.H., was charged Feb. 3 with breach of peace.

    Jean Preval, 65, of Boston, Mass., was charged Jan. 27 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Adam F. Finlay, 28, of Naugatuck was charged Jan. 27 with fifth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and failure to submit fingerprints.

    Garrett Pratt, 23, of Worcester, Mass. ,was charged Jan. 27 with breach of peace.

    Stephan Levine, 60, of Wakefield, Mass., was charged Jan. 27 with third-degree assault on a person over 60.

    Eduardo Reels, 21, of 59 Coachman Pike, Ledyard, was charged Jan. 25 with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Steven Hyppolite, 43, of 38 Thirteenth St. was charged Wednesday with four counts of failure to respond to an infraction and one count each of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Justin Brown, 31, of 293 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.
