    East Lyme

    Victoria Fallon, 30, of 105 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and driving without minimum insurance requirements.

    Kenneth Stopa, 62, of Killingworth was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Ledyard

    Mark Doty, 34, of 301 Shewville Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    New London

    Tyquan R. Mitchell, 27, of Newport, R.I., was charged Friday with failure to respond to an infraction, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Tommy Bueno, 23, of 18 Gorton St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Rafaelito Taveras, 43, of 178 Ledyard St., second floor, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

    State Police - Montville

    Melissa Boutwell, 25, of Richmond, R.I., was charged Wednesday with first-degree threatening.

    Jarrod Begin, 29, of Baltic was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Timothy Douchette, 35, of 774 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Heather Chapman, 27, of 47 West Coit St., New London, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Reid Dixon, 35, of 302 Boston Post Road was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a child.

    Leah Iacono, 43, of 70 Dayton Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Michael Derosier, 25, of Plainfield was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
