    Groton City

    A juvenile was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school zone.

    Halimatou Barry, 38, of Dallas, Texas, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Jake James Scott, 21, of 191 Shennecossett Parkway was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Edward B. Riccio, 61, of Old Saybrook was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an officer and second-degree strangulation.

    Atianna Samantha Arder, 23, of 123 Old Norwich Road, No. B2, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Luis D. Quintero-Jimenez, 38, of 95 Mather Ave. was charged Thursday on a warrant for third-degree sexual assault.

    Joseph Roderick Nicholson, 33, of 9 Wilford Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with failure to drive in proper lane, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kylie Scovish, 18, of 138 Broadway was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Miguel A. Roman, 37, of Colchester was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    State police - Montville

    Nicholas William Smith, 22, of Lebanon was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Stonington

    Cassidy Ferraro, 25, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joshua B. Moore, 40, of Shelton was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief.

    Waterford

    Daniel Ritter, 26, of 87 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates.

    Amanda Love, 37, of 82 Sunset St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Nelson Rodriguez-Arroyo, 34, of Willimantic was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

    Joshua Algarin, 19, of Waterbury was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
