Jelani Fletcher, 41, of 27 Pembroke Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joselino Sales-Gomez, 29, of 5 E. Baltic St., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, and failure to drive right.

Henry Rios-Vega, 21, of 107 Summit St., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with driving without a license, evading responsibility and failing to drive at a reasonable distance apart.
