    Raymond R. Barnes, 64, of Ivoryton was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton City

    Tejshon Brown, 18, of 200 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday on two warrants with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Andrea L. Piscetello, 29, of Windham was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have tail lamps lit and drinking while driving.

    New London

    Lexus D. Artwell, 23, of Hartford was charged Friday with two counts of violation of probation, first-degree failure to appear in court, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

    Zuheira Perez-Ramos, 40, of 7 Jefferson Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, having a weapon in a vehicle and criminal possession of ammunition by a felon.

    Jill Walters, 40, of Brooklyn was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Laquida L. Tucker, 33, of 312 Boswell Ave., Unit 2, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and public indecency.

    Emma J. Giesing, 18, of 24 Merchants Ave. was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics.

    Kevin E. Gallego Cruz, 18, of 78 Taftville-Occum Road was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, interfering with police, first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Manei J. Wanico, 21, of 33B Rogers Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Erick Y. Barrogan-Villanueva, 27, of 117 Talman St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Robert Sturgeon, 42, of 2 McKinley Court, Unit 2, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to obey control signal and use of cellphone while driving.
