Hiram Melendez-Davila, 34, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with unauthorized possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle without a licence.

Erick Yobany Barragan-Villlanueva, 27, of 117 Talman St. was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Zuleyka Marie Coquias-Santiago, 32, of 61 Union St., Apt. No. 3, was charged Friday with third-degree assault, two counts of breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Shyhaim Malik Chisholm, 23, of Taftville was charged on June 15 with interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Luis Rodriguez, 26, of Newark, N.J., was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Kyle Landa, 30, of 72 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.
