Sheila A. Herring, 32, of 49 Maennerchor Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too close and failure to maintain lane.

James R. Chiles, 41, of 24 West Elderkin Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nicholas J. Graziano, 49, of 170 Briar Lane was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Molly Kochenburger, 27, of 2 N.Third Ave., Taftville, was charged Thursday with driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked.

Corey Gladue, 25, of 242 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Thursday with driving while license is suspended, refused or revoked and improper use of plates.
