Zachary Waryck, 39, of 287 W. Main St., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.
Jonathon Yater, 39, of 70 Elvira Heights, Putnam, was charged Oct. 18 with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.
AJ Lee Niblack, 27, of 287 Main St., Apt 2C, was charged Oct. 18 with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper registration/license and driving without minimum insurance requirements.
Stephanie L. Pepin, 34, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Oct. 18 with possession of drug paraphernalia.
