    Groton City

    Ian S. Young, 41, of 74 Ledyard Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Melissa S. Ferguson, 44, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Nov. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Shannon M. Lewis, 35, of 10 Benham Road, No. 2, was charged Nov. 21 on a warrant for fifth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

    Henry N. Laboue, 67, of 300 Brandegee Ave., No. 301, was charged Nov. 19 with interfering with an officer.

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Nov. 16 with first-degree criminal mischief.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Nov. 15 with second-degree breach of peace.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Nov. 15 with driving with a suspended license.

    Marie Arico, 61, of 116 Viets St., New London, was charged Nov. 14 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and stop sign violation.

    Stacy L. Silveira, 42, of Conway, S.C., was charged Nov. 13 on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton Town

    Joseph D. McNeil Jr., 23, of 196 Ring Drive was charged Sunday with failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia associated with less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Willie E. Thompson, 64, of 223 Third Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with failure to obey control signal, failure to have stop lamps/turn signals and driving while under suspension.

    Anthony J. Herbert, 53, of 8 Nutmeg Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Stephen B. Herrick, 37, of Woodbury was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.

    Lewis Adams, 63, of 182 Canal St., No. 2, Westerly, R.I., was charged Nov. 21 with fourth-degree larceny.

    Kayla M. Hanny, 27, of Tewksbury, Mass., was charged Nov. 20 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Robert A. Nazarian, 45, of 354 Great Neck Road, Waterford, was charged Nov. 18 with fifth-degree larceny.

    John A. Reinschmidt, 25, of 22 Latham St., was charged Nov. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Mason Rivera, 23, of 53 Route 164, Preston, was charged Nov. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Santos L. Arroyo-Santana, 47, of 148 Benham Road was charged Nov. 16 with stop sign violation, driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disobeying signal of an officer.

    Alexander Olendorf, 25, of 23 Hancock Drive was charged Nov. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving at a slow speed.

    Kadeen Frederick, 25, of 195 Michele Lane, No. 300, was charged Nov. 15 with second-degree sexual assault and illegal delivery of liquor to minor.

    Ramon M. Blevons, 52, of 33 Joliet Court was charged Nov. 12 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Sandra J. Smith, 39, of 33 Joliet Court was charged Nov. 12 with breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Earnest Lewis, 30, of New Haven was charged Monday with second-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit a crime and first-degree threatening.

    Amanda Kelly, 31, of Preston was charged Nov. 22 with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Constantine Sayyah, 51, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with refusal of DNA testing.
