    Jose Morales, 51, of 28 Willetts Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and unsafe backing.

    Morgan A. Rombesburg, 23, of San Marcos, Texas, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Donna Stott, 32, of 137E Murdock Road, Pomfret, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jay Charboneau, 19, of 297 W. Thames St., was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Old Saybrook

    Jesse J. Oliver, 39, of 64 Third Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Daniel Boughton, 24, of 9 Pine Cone Drive, Westbrook, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Greg Wille, 25, of 21 Griswold Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving at an unreasonable speed.

    Scott Colonghi, 32, of 130 Salt Island Road, Westbrook, was charged Nov. 23 with second-degree harassment and second-degree violation of a protective order.

    Paul Wheeler, 50, of 106 Chittenden Road, Killingworth, was charged Nov. 23 with driving with a suspended license.

    Matthew D. Sherwood, 38, of 35 Sea Crest Road, was charged Nov. 22 with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Roger Bartholomay, 44, of 13 Belair Drive, Moosup, was charged Monday with fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    Contessa Vayo, 21, of 396 Canterbury Road, Brooklyn, was charged Monday with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep a prescription in its original container.

    James Rouillard, 30, of 56 Aldrich Ave., Moosup, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening, two counts of disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and violation of a restraining order.

    State police - Montville

    Antonio Morales Cor, 39, of 284 S. Main St., Colchester, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving to endanger an occupant's life, failure to have a valid U.S. driver's license and failure to have headlights lit.

    Stonington

    Edward K. Ross, 36, of 20 Pierce St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
