State police — Montville

Joseph Beasley, 24, of 835 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kyle A. Hair, 39, of 477 Route 32, Franklin, was charged Dec. 22 in Preston with fifth-degree larceny, violation of probation and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Patrick L. Everett, 26, of 28 Meadowlark Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended registration and driving without minimum insurance.

David T. Pedeira, 36, of 165 Water St. was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas H. Brightman, 26, of 211 Seneca Drive, Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.
