    Groton City

    Craan Massey, 22, of 267 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have headlights illuminated.

    Groton Town

    Robert Chavez-Segovia, 22, of 47 South Road, No. 11A, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and risk of injury to a minor.

    Samantha C. Hawkins, 22, of 139 Popple Bridge Road, Griswold, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Peter M. Lena, 18, of 289 Giants Neck Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs by a person under 21 years old and speeding.

    Carli Star Rolfe, 33, of 7 Sunniecrest Drive, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    James N. Vanech, 28, of 231 Thames St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to use headlamps, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.

    Ledyard

    Michael A. McAlister, 48, of 21 Jensen Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, engaging an officer in pursuit, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.

    State police — Montville

    Angel Arriaga, 44, of 92 Depot Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with violation of probation.

    Stonington

    David T. Pedreira, 36, of 165 Water St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment, violation of conditions of release, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    Aaron S. Rockholz, 37, of 127 Potter Hill Road, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.
