    Jerry L. Taylor, Jr., 19, of 14 Tacoma Court was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Hakeem Silva, 23, of 62 Willetts Ave., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Natasha Amanda Porter, 23, of 62 Willetts Ave., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Kathryn Windas, 23, of 31 Anthony Road, Apt. G, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Thomas Nishi, 24, of 31 Anthony Road, Apt. G, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer.

    Jeremy Dombkowski, 33, of 37 Golden St., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

    Kevin A. Malone, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Monday with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell.

    Marc Dana, 43, of Waterbury, was charged in East Lyme Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brett A. Kimmel, 46, of 209 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Arthur E. Singleton, 51, of Bristol, R.I., was charged Monday with false representation of an authorized person.
