    Groton City

    Thea Rivers, 28, of 214 Branford Ave. was charged Monday with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants for violation of probation.

    Groton Town

    Michael L. Smith, 21, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, No. 415, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way at an intersection.

    Thomas Christian Franklin, 29, of 1538 Route 12, No. 17, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with failure to carry license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper turn or stop signaling and failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations.  

    Clayton A. Rider, 23, of 330 Eastern Point Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and unsafe movement of stopped vehicle.

    Gerald T. Jewell, 40, of Everett, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper turns and driving without a license.

    Jonathan Montalvo, 33, of 50 Federal St., No. 2, New London, was charged Saturday with driving without minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to display lights, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving without a license.

    Carlos Louis Coronis, 21, of 11 Overlook Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to display lights.

    New London

    Jose Castillo, 50, of 24 Tilley St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and possession of narcotics.

    Norwich

    Xavier N. Rodriguez, 23, of 16 Sandy Lane was charged Jan. 21 with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey control signal and failure to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of address change.

    Antonio Ixcoy, 35, of 188 Franklin St. was charged Monday with failure to drive right, driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Julio A. Rodriguez, 38, of Willimantic was charged Jan. 28 with use of cellphone while driving, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Sadie Sullivan, 35, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with police.

    Christopher Watrous, 35, of 99 Murphy’s Drive, Groton, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with police.

    Eddie Medina, 47, of 90 North St., Apt. 3K, was charged Friday with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count each of criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, carrying a firearm without a permit and possession of heroin or cocaine with intent to sell.

    State police - Montville

    Jonathan Herbert, 32, of 212 Summit St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations.

    Roger Paul Hunt, 30, of Douglas, Mass., was charged Sunday in Montville with carrying a dangerous weapon and conveying an unauthorized item into an institution.

    Demetrice Lamont Lewis, 40, of New Haven was charged Friday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

    Terrence Zamora, 39, of 254 Buckley Road, Salem, was charged Thursday in Sprague with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
