Michael A. Frost, 41, of 16 Woodland Drive was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and on Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a child and third-degree criminal mischief.

Allen Shawn Smith, 38, of 14 Central Ave. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Ernest Morancy, 62, of 59 Asylum St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Josalyn Owolabi, 38, of Colchester was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Anthony Rea, 34, of Jewett City was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Emily Bengtson, 36, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
