Florindo Gutierrez, 25, of 2 River Road, Apt. 3, Lisbon, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right, misuse of plates, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and second-degree failure to appear in court.
