    Groton City

    Gregory A. Bell, 44, of 999 Bank St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    Jake J. Scott, 22, of 191 Shennecossett Parkway was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.  

    James B. Scott, 52, of 191 Shennecossett Parkway was charged Friday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Elvin J. Cruz, 27, of 17A Railroad Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

    Christopher L. Jackson, 40, of Port Orange, Fla., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Richard B. Wetherell, 54, of 86 Summit St. was charged Oct. 8 with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Joshua J. Burke, 7 Fifth Ave., Baltic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Jose M. Cruz, 32, of 23 Mechanic St. was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Peter M. Jednak, 54, of Manchester was charged Friday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Michael S. Moore, 21, of Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with possession of more than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Stonington

    Jason R. Crosthwaite, 38, of 139 High St., unit 1, Westerly, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and littering.

    A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Joseph A. Buck IV, 31, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.
