    Groton City

    Amy Coleman, 36, of 33 Ann St., New London, was charged Thursday on a warrant for criminal impersonation and breach of peace.

    Gregory W. Frasure, 31, of 20 Cutler St. was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Patricia A. Muhammad, 44, of 80 Maple Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

    Jamie L. Piper, 41, of 1030 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and four counts of violation of protective order.

    Felicia M. Strong, 29, of 202 Broad St., New London, was charged Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree arson.

    Raquel Ayala, 56, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with violation of protective order.

    Henry Mercado, 40, last known address of 7 Griswold Court, No. 7, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and interfering with a 911 call.

    Cory Morgan, 31, of 62 Jay St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Mitchell Heinrichs, 38, of 14 Mercer St. was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

    Molly-Kate Bowles, 23, of 82 Jerome Road 218, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with two counts of breach of peace.

    Dynasia G. Rivera, 22, of 24 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with two counts of breach of peace.

    Julie M. Wartham, 38, of 13 Aspen Court was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Joseph Rivera, 36, of 13 Gregory Road, was charged Nov. 7 with third-degree assault and risk of injury.

    Andrew I. Ballard, 34, of 35 Washington St., No. 7, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    April D. Knowles, 49, of 40 Convent Ave. was charged Nov. 7 with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Ivan M. Luciano, 37, of 216 W. Thames St. was charged Nov. 6 with risk of injury and second-degree criminal mischief.
