Desmond T. Boardley, 42, of 470 Gold Star Highway, No. 105, was charged Dec. 2 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Luis Colon-Cartagena, 55, of 281 State St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
