East Lyme

Christin M. Cacopardo, 47. of 9 Allen Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Daniele M. Krams, 32, of 24 Butternut Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and four counts of second-degree failure to appaer in court.

Stonington

Samuel Ryan, 30, of 4 Garden St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Quinten W. Chandonnait, 25, of 24 Westminster St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
