    Groton Town

    Xavier J. Goode, 30, of 172 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Vincent L. Butler, 34, of 255 Michelle Lane, A200, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on public safety, EMT, transit or health care personnel and second-degree threatening.

    Sebastian A. Arias, 20, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Sunday with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a 0.02% BAC or higher by someone less than 21 years of age, and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Daniel A. Jaffe-Suggs, 42, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny.

    Phillip Williams, 42, of 70 North Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and left turn-failure to yield right of way.

    Jimmy L. Mckinnon, 59, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Brooklyn Fendez, 27, of 6 Buckeye Road was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Gabriel Cochran, 18, of New Britain was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Caroline M. Gutierrez, 25, of Waterbury was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Clarence J. Robinson, 40, of 21 D Plumtree Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle under suspension.

    Steven O. Silva, 48, of 268 Flanders Road, No. 16, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with violation of protective order.

    Michelle Howard, 41, of 6 Elderkin Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree stalking and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Shaquan D. Stone, 31, of 51 Eastern St., New London, was charged Wednesday with operating motor vehicle under suspension, improper turns and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

    Daniel K. Deleon, 62, of 28 Quincy Court was charged March 23 with violation of probation.

    Lester J. Harris, 23, of 254 Branford Ave. was charged March 23 with third-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover, third-degree robbery, interfering with an officer/resisting, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree strangulation.

    David G. Keller, 60, of 382 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 21, was charged March 23 with breach of peace.

    Jonathan Hough, 33, of 50B Broad St. was charged March 26 with second-degree threatening.

    Pravinchandra Thanker, 73, of 55F Norman Road was charged Thursday with illegal sale of tobacco to minors.

    Joanne Page, 61, of Central Village was charged Thursday with illegal sale of tobacco to minors.

    Yamilette Vega, 32, of 14 North A St., Apt. 1, was charged March 27 with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Matthew A. Markham, 27, of 210 West Thames St., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with two counts of breach of peace and one count each of first-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Corby Stedman, 26, of Ledyard was charged Thursday with accepting, transferring or buying a stolen credit card.

    Mandi Hamlin, 43, of 1584 Route 85, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with driving when license is suspended or revoked and traveling unreasonably fast.
