    Groton City

    Georgia Ward, 54, of 95 Paul Revere Road was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Steven Carmona Stoyanoff, 36, of 188 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Luis A. Carmona Stoyanoff, 28, of 188 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.   

    Triston Watters, 34, of 48 Addison St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display plates.

    Wendy Oates, 60, of 835 Montauk Ave., No. 1, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Norwich

    Franklin Fillingame, 72, of 110 Pukallus Ave., #2A14, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Ralph R. Vergalitto, 63, of 27 Hedge Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace, driving with a suspended license or registration and use of cellphone while driving.

    Kyle D. Marciniak, 25, of 2 Wheeler Farm Road, Preston, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Brandon T. Hernandez, 23, of 177 Broadway was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Madsen J. Joseph, 43, of 46 Geer Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Waterford

    James Flanagan, 66 of 1145 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
