Osvaldo Beard, 25, of 9 Laurel Drive was charged Thursday with three counts of violation of probation, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachon Landrum, 38, of 557 Boswell Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree robbery, second-degree larceny, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening and risk of injury.

Franklin Davis, 33, of 27 Coit St. was charged Wednesday with possession narcotics.

Karen Colegrove, 50, of 580 Poquonock Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order and second-degree assault.

Kimberly Pernigotti, 43, of Griswold was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft.

Jason Kohl, 23, of 18 Oswegatchie Road was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
