Joshua A. Chapman, 29, of 229 Prospect St., Floor 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, operation of motor vehicle under suspension and failure to have headlamps.

Alvin J. Ramos, 50, of 301 Buddington Road, No. 35, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

James A. Dahl, 36, of 4 Utica Court was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening and Monday with third-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury to child and third-degree assault.

Miguel A. Colon, 26, of 17 Blackhall Court, Apt. E1, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher J. Barretto, 26, of 18 Utica Court was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Kasi L. Park, 33, of 177 Indian Field Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display lights and risk of injury to a child.

Jade L. Langlois, 24, of 310 Mitchell St. was charged May 15 with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating motor vehicle without license.

Alexa R. Polen, 32, of 121 Laurelwood Road was charged May 15 with driving under suspension, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, first-degree forgery, violation of protective order, possession of drug paraphernalia near school by a nonstudent, possession of drugs near school or day care center by a nonstudent, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Lawrence A. Rose, 62, of 21 Swan Lane, Mystic, was charged May 14 with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Karlyn S. George-Mechant, 26, of 11 Larch Road was charged May 13 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and three counts of risk of injury to a child.

Darren Hall, 36, of 76 Mountain Ave., Apt. 2C, was charged Thursday with first-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Lawrence Edwards, 37, of 5A Mountain Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registration, driving without a blood alcohol level testing device and violation of probation.

Alberto Menendez, 33, of 169 Crystal Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Leon Tunnicliff, 53, of 193 S. Broad St., Stonington, was charged Friday with assault on emergency personnel.
