    East Lyme

    Tara Lyn Antczak, 44, of Seymour was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Giovanni Brody-Jackson, 18, of Vernon was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of restraining order and conspiracy to commit criminal violation of restraining order.

    Daniel Leroy, 67, of 97 W. Main St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Noah G. Booker, 33, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Paul A. Taylor, 51, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, No. 32, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Isaiah S. Lopez, 19, of 166 Yantic St., No. 608, Norwich, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court, operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, operating motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operating under suspension and failure to display lights.

    Brian S. Jendraszek, 57, of Norwalk was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Mariah D. Manzanares, 24, of 34 Tacoma Court was charged May 21 with violation of protective order.

    Dennis M. Galvin, 27, of South Windsor was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signal.

    Christopher D. Watters, 33, of 48 Addison St., New London, was charged May 20 with violation of protective order.

    State police - Montville

    Jacob Vernon Hack, 23, of 1422 Route 85, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility resulting in injury or property damage, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Evin Jessop, 24, of Baltic was charged Thursday in Sprague with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Vincenzo Digangi, 40, of 105 Gifford St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Donnie Owens, 61, of 56 Hillcrest Drive, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Carl Dawkins, 29, of 46 Sander St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
