State police — Montville

Derek Allen Linzy, 34, of Plainfield was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, and improper use of marker, registration or license.

Keith Kudej, 54, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Norwich

Alise Cooper, 31, of 79A Fifth St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

Heather E. Spaulding, 50, of 44 Norwich Ave., Apt. 24, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Malik A. Brown, 34, of 18 Sandy Lane was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Frederick Paul, 53, of 40 Woodlawn Ave., was charged Wednesday with assault of public safety or emergency medical personnel.
