    New London

    Fidela Carillo, 32, of 32 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and violation of probation.

    Richard Stanley, 38, of 571 Ocean Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

    Juan Feliciano, 22, of 54 N. Main St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

    Jonny Saravia-Colonio, 46, of 13 Blackhall St. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Lisa Lozada, 46, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Juan Uran, 23, of 94 Williams St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Leaon David Hines Vanterpool Gordon, 26, of Brookfield, Conn., was charged Thursday with reckless driving and interfering with a police officer.

    Nakwon R. Keith, 21, of 33 Cottage St. was charged Thursday with violation of protective order.

    David Szigett, 52, of 4 Lee Ave. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

    Rafael Pacheco, 25, of 34 Grove St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, risk of injury to a child, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Robert Brown, 58, of 268 Connecticut Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree trespass.

    Ryan P. Falcone, 27, of Tampa, Fla., was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

    Justin M. Lowenstrom, 45, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Peter M. Crawn, 56, no known address, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without minimum insurance, improper use of markers and driving without a license.

    Waterford

    Donovan Womack, 34, of 983 Hartford Turnpike, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, criminal impersonation, driving without a license, second-degree failure to appear in court and traveling unreasonably fast.
