Brian Encarnacion, 25, of 29 Cape Ann Court was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Erick Rivera, 22, of 60 Cross Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and first-degree trespass.

Diana Brown, 46, of 174 Montauk Ave., #4, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk injury to a child and assault on a police officer.

Nina Brown, 18, of 174 Montauk Ave., #4, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and risk of injury to a child.

Jerome Parham, no age available, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with threatening second-degree and trespass.

Daniel Clarke, 52, of 21 Bragaw St. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.

Thomas McGrath, 25, of 234 Broad St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday at the Corrigan Correctional Center with failure to keep narcotics in their original container and possession of controlled substance-first offense.

Connor E. Evans, 34, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Wednesday in New London with engaging police in a pursuit, driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
