    Bonnie J. Ojeda, 39, of 1080 Long Cove Road was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

    Angelica Morais, 22, of 17 Hartford Street, Groton, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Christina Pisacone, 40, of 27 Burning Tree Drive, Groton, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Ackee Barber, 25, of Fairfield Ave., Unit 8, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and intimidating based on bigotry/bias.

    Styvenson Pierre-Louis, 22, of 30 Convent St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Nikkolas M. Fargo, 31, of Bozrah was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of heroin with intent to sell and violation of probation.

    Kyle T. Connors, 32, of 12 Twelfth St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Harry Badillo, 33, of 70 Washington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with failure to display plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.

    Clint Chapman, 52, of 12 Woodland Drive was charged Tuesday with violating a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Geoffrey Estrada, 33, of 165 Oneco Ave., New London, was charged Monday with insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements and speeding.

    Hannah Gonzales, 23, of 16 Farm Ponds Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and speeding.

    Theodore James, 26, of 191 New London Road, Salem, was charged Monday with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, first-degree forgery, failure to drive in the proper lane, second-degree failure to appear in court, evading responsibility, failure to have tail lamps and failure to have head lamps.

    Damian Rodriguez, 27, of Waterbury was charged Monday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or suspended.

    Chiara Azza, 35, of 147 Asylum St., Norwich, was charged Monday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or suspended.
