Denise B. Stack, 40, of 848 Norwich Ave., Colchester, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and driving while using handheld telephone/electronic device/texting.

Jayne P. Dumais, 56, of 1 Park Drive, Waterford, was charged Sept. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Joaquin A. Lopez-Watson, 24, of 105 Indianfield Road was charged Sept. 6 with failure to renew registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Matthew P. Albin, 29, of 76 Buddington Road, No. 2, was charged Sept. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
