George S. Dumas, 57, of 95 Vauxhall St. was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

Kayla Burgess, 26, of 2 Highland St., Norwich, was charged Sept. 29 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kayla Link, 32, of Putnam, was charged Friday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jason A. Gillard, 28, of 707 Colman St., New London, was charged Saturday in Griswold with violation of probation and violation of a protective order.
