State police - Montville

Dennis O'Connor, 32, of 142 Norwich Salem Turnpike, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday in Montville with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace, drinking while driving and violation of a protective order.

Arthur C. Bilis, 28, of Webster, Mass., was charged Thursday in Griswold with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Aaron Lystila, 43, of North Adams, Mass., was charged Oct. 2 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Katrina R. Savaria, 37, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or druges and failure to drive right.

Rachel A. Popp, 31, of 69 Twelfth St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Luis Malines, 25, of 508 Boswell Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

Michael Lawhorn, 30, of 129 Fort Shantock Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree criminal mischief.
