State Police - Montville

Angeluis Rosario, 26, of 67 Peck St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Kyle A. Minzy, 31, of 401 W. Thames St., Apt. 26, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Chelsea N. Kemembin, 28, of Leominster, Mass., was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the right lane.
