Phelix Keirsted, 31, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 112, was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jarred Stets, 22, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary from motor vehicle, stealing a firearm and fifth-degree larceny.
