Groton City

Sharon Wilson, 61, of 46 Hynes Ave., Apt. D1, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper turn signal.

New London

Emely Guzman-Hernandez, 21, of Hartford was charged Wednesday with third-degree telephone fraud and third-degree larceny.

Inasia Traynham, 30, of Albany, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with two counts of falsely reporting an incident, second-degree breach of peace, assault on public safety personnel, disorderly conduct, false statement, interfering with an officer and being a fugitive from justice.

Phelix Keirsted, 31, of 83 Mansfield Road, Apt. 112, was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.


Jarred Stets, 22, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary from motor vehicle, stealing a firearm and fifth-degree larceny.
