Charles Staebler, 51, of 40 Cedar St. was charged Oct. 21 with possession of narcotics, passing in a no-passing zone and driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license.

Kailey Herbert, 29, of 57 Valley Drive, Westerly, was charged Oct. 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Joquin Riley, 26, of 10 Sherman St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, interfering with police, breach of peace and two counts of disorderly conduct.
