Louis A. Estrada, 37, of 42 Morgan St., New London, was charged Tuesday with tinting windows violation, operating motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or suspended, possession of controlled substance: narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

State police - Montville

Marcus Venson, 33, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Daniel L. Hardison, 32, of 174 Main St., Apt. A, Westerly, was charged Oct. 27 with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Angelo M. Annunziato, 22, of 200 Clarks Falls Road, North Stonington, was charged Oct. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

David S. Donahue, 61, of Portsmouth, R.I., was charged  Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Robert R. Van Zandt III, 41, if 28 Hillside Road, Old Lyme, was charged Monday with violation of probation. 

Meghan C. O'Brien, 32, of North Scituate, R.I., was charged Monday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.   

Waterford

Katiria Rodriguez, 38, of 65 Central Avenue, Norwich, was charged Monday with violation of protective order.
