Tasha M. Blanco-Douglas, 45, of 65 West Ridge Drive, D1, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and interfering with officers.

Bethany Ballard, 32, of no certain address was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Farah Fidelia-Johnson, 39, of 228 Williams St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe backing, operating unregistered motor vehicle and refusing to be fingerprinted.

State police - Montville

Carl L. Brooks, 27, of Bridgeport was charged Thursday in Montville on a warrant for assault on public safety, EMT, transit or health care personnel and second-degree breach of peace.

Cameron S. Avery, 26, of 120 N. Main St., No. 4, Norwich, was charged Nov. 12 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
