New London

Juan A. Jimenez, 30, of 18 Coit St., was charged Nov. 23 with violation of protective order and interfering with a police officer.

Regina Bryant, 39, of West Hartford, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Rafael Perez, 29, of 47 Prest St. was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.

State Police - Montville

Andrea M. Brightman, 25, of 211 Seneca Drive, Groton, was charged Nov. 24 in Montville with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of failure to respond to an infraction.

William J. Goins, 26, of 633 Route 165, Preston, was charged Nov. 25 in Preston with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Wendy Robertson, 55, of Scituate, R.I., was charged Nov. 25 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David W. Rajchel, 21, of 39 Grove St., Plainfield, was charged Friday in Preston with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny.

Fidela M. Carrillo, 32, of 40 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Newton Rodrigues Baptista Gomes, 41, of 129 Cliff St., Apt. A, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to submit to fingerprinting.  

Stonington

Daniel C. Williams, 44, of 4 Smith St., Old Mystic, was charged Nov. 7 with evading responsibility, failure to drive right, driving without a license, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Charles H. Martell Jr., 55, of 973 Pequot Trail was charged Nov. 22 with first-degree criminal trespass.

Andre Miltrado, 43, of Meriden, was charged Nov. 23 with sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Dann R. Keniston, 40, of 24 Spruce Drive, Westerly, was charged Nov. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Peter M. Crawn, 56, of 13 Cleveland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Nov. 24 with breach of peace, assault on a police officer and interfering with a police officer.

Tiara Hall, 24, of Providence, R.I., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
