Groton Town

Roseen D. Gill, 50, of 261 Laurel Drive, New London, was charged Nov. 22 with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and speeding.

Ramon Vasquez, 57, of 182 Litton Ave. was charged Nov. 23 with six counts of failure to register as a person who has committed a criminal offense against a victim who is a minor or a nonviolent sexual offense.

Norwich

Emanuel Roman, 33, of 253 Norwich Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, assaulting public safety personnel and disorderly conduct.

New London

Patricia Todd, 68, of 14 Forest Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and bribery.

Jervon Drayton, 34, of 202 Shaw St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gerald Patton, 38, of 154 State St., Apt. 6, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Antonio Rivera, 62, of 1 Sparyard St. was charged Monday with two counts of failure to appear in court, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

Waterford

Jacob Matzdorff, 27, of 10 Woodworth Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with failure to have head lamps lit and driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked.

Travis Schubel, 36, of 25 Salem Ridge Road, Salem, was charged Tuesday with driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked, driving without a license and speeding.

Michael Eastwood-Fraser, 21, of Wolcott was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.
