Lebron I.L. Miranda, 19, of 38 Melrose Park Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
Monique R. Coleman, 33, address not available, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Michael S. Foley, 25, of 235 Huntington Road, New London, was charged Dec. 3 with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.
Victor M. Williams, 33, address not available, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Christopher M. Thibadeau, 34, of 32A White St. was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.
Noella Rodriguez, 42, of 541 E. Main St., Apt. 1, was charged Dec. 1 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Genesis Parilla, 18, of 541 E. Main St., Apt. 1, was charged Dec. 1 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
William Torres, Jr., 38, of 51 Division St., 1A, was charged Dec. 2 with possession of heroin or cocaine and possession of narcotics.

Lori A. Dowdell, 57, of Griswold was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.
Jason J. Andrews, 38, of Griswold was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of a controlled substance-first offense.
Jeffrey Dicicco, 36, of 2 Beach Lane, Oakdale, was charged Nov. 13 in Montville on a warrant for second-degree criminal mischief, evading responsibility and operating under suspension.
Jeffrey P. Currier, 63, of 507 Norwich-New London Turnpike 2, Uncasville, was charged Nov. 8 in Montville on a warrant for two counts of failure to verify address to register-sexual violence.
James W. Hopwood, 56, of East Falmouth, Mass., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
