    Groton City

    Megan Bernardini, 46, of 155 Main St., Niantic, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating unregistered motor vehicle, insufficient insurance and operating without a license.

    Charles E. Pratt, 26, of 15 Washington Drive was charged Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree false statement.

    Groton Town

    Theresa M. Grills-Beranis, 39, of 9 Fulmore Drive, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Tyra R. Moscat, 22, of 70 Mumford Ave. was charged Monday with risk of injury to child, second-degree threatening and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

    Jimmy L. McKinnon, 60, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    Tyrese K. Narcisse, 41, of Meriden was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Alex R. Martin, 32, of Willimantic was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

    Gage A. Lincoln, 22, of 17 Greenwood St. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Cierra Brinson, 26, of Brooklyn was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

    Delbert Street, 60, of 1145 Poquonnock Road was charged Dec. 16 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Selena A. Ramsey, 23, of 32 Holmes St., New London, was charged Dec. 15 with violation of protective order.

    Gina M. Russo, 34, of North Providence, R.I., was charged Dec. 15 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Luis Sanchez, 30, of 262 Willets Ave., New London, was charged Dec. 15 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
