David Martin, 38, of 339 Flanders Road, Apt. 210, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
State police — Montville
Anthony Calhoun, 22, of 9 Pond St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with first-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
Robert Davichik, 52, of 204 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Waterford
Nastacia Ebron, 33, of 470 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.
