Washington Calle-Castro, 34, of 54 Liberty St., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Justin C. Brown, 38, of 46 Liberty St., unit 2B, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Christopher Mahan, 32, of 61 Depot Road, Groton, was charged Friday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Brandon Phelps, 29, of 1 Fellows Road, Apt. 5, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
