Jovan J. Gills, 33, of 50 Georgiana St., New London, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an officer.

Robert Wright, 27, of Salem was charged Thursday with defective muffler and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cody Waites, 28, of 14 Corey Lane, Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Harlee E. Swols, 22, of Enfield was charged Thursday in East Lyme with failure to comply with fingerprinting and third-degree assault of an elderly victim.

Christopher A. Kotack, 37, of Lisbon was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics, operating a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance.

Nathaniel E. Nowak, 39, of 267 Bridge St., No. 17, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Richard A. Staplins, 58, of Windham was charged Wednesday in Griswold with two counts risk of injury to a minor and second-degree failure to appear.

Robert B. Authelet, 28, of Windham was charged Wednesday in Montville with two counts of violation of probation.

Brendan M. Walsh, 31, of 175 Hawthorne St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Groton with drivign under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Terrell A. Britton, 29, of 70 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with assault on a public safety officer.

Rachel L. Duckworth-Ranson, 20, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Griswold with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

Jenzy A. Taveras, 21, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Griswold with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Randy S. Duckworth-Ranson, 22, of Griswold was charged Tuesday in Griswold with two counts of third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.
