Rashana L. Ward, 37, of 199 Brandegee Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration and failure to have head lamps.

Wayne A. Trivaudey, 33, of no certain address was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of narcotics.

Luis A. Betancourt, 35, of 12 Joseph St. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, first-degree larceny of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

John E. Harnage II, 25, of 371 Laurel Hill Ave., Apt. 2 was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Luis A. Marrero, 29, of 88 Chestnut St., Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Marc J. Rovella, 33, of Wethersfield was charged Sunday with failure to obey control signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Luis Velez-Ramos, 29, of 8 South A St. was charged Jan. 31 with driving with a suspended license and unsafe backing.

Tina K. Azzinaro, 23, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive right.

Yu C. Chen, 22, of Kingston, R.I., was charged Feb. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
