Jessica Rodriguez, 41, of 55 Sander St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, improper use of registration plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and two counts of possession of narcotics.

James A. Butler, 29, of 216 Mitchell St. was charged Saturday with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Krystal Young, 30, of 57 W. Baltic St., Sprague, was charged March 26 with second-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

Jason T. Mehar, 34, of 91 S. Second Ave., No. 15, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Waterford

Rachel McKinney, 30, of Wakefield, Mass., was charged Sunday with organized retail theft and third-degree larceny.
