Wilma L. Small, 68, of 274 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Mystic, was charged Monday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Richard Roselle, 73, of 425 Drozdyk Drive, No. 315, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Russel A. Smith, 51, of Manchester, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn, use of drug paraphernalia and drinking while driving.

Timothy R. Holdgate, 48, of 105 Mitchell St. was charged April 8 with interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Hunter J. Spiegel, 27, of Bristol, was charged April 8 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher C. Townsend, 19, of 58 Hooper St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

Sean Palla, 35, of Manchester, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

Jose M. Barrientas 37, of 43 Manwaring Road, Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a minor.

Albert Velazquez, 20, of 359 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Peter L. Gibson-Huff, 26, of 29 Tracy Ave., Griswold, was charged Thursday with disobeying an officer’s signal, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Angela Scudder, 46, of 300 Brandegee Ave., Apt. 238, Groton, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

David Fisher, 33, of Greenport, N.Y., was charged Tuesday in Preston with third-degree criminal mischief.
