Heather Quintero, 31, of 37 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey control signal, failure to change registrant's address and failure to change motor vehicle license address.

Luis Suarez, 54, of 36 Truman St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.

Maxen Altiery, 20, of 54 Route 2A, Preston, was charged April 10 with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey control signal.
Phillip M. Kerr, 33, of 57 Twelfth St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Francisco L. Rolon, 42, of 65 Federal St., No. 5, New London, was charged Monday in New London on a warrant for intimidation of witness and violation of protective order.
Devin L. Lauver, 36, of Windham was charged Monday in Montville on a warrant for violation of protective order and following too closely with intent to harass/intimidate.
Eimmy L. Santana, 24, of 1 Thames River Place, No. 307, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.
