Matthew Candler, 46, of Maine, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Jianqiang Luo, 63, of 60 Hope St., was charged Monday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Erno Schiappa, 49, of Massachussetts, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment.
